I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Long Beach, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
It was not technical and they were trying to get a feel or your personality. They asked about the things in my resume. They also had a list of things asking what you would do in certain types of scenarios, what kind of work you want to do in the company, things that would bother you...etc. They ask if you know much about the company and it's okay to say no because they will tell you about what they do and company stuff.

Question 1
Name something that makes yourself valuable to the company?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (West Lafayette, IN)
Interview
This was organized through my university, where the recruiter sent out an email for people interested in applying. I sent in an application and got a call about a week later saying I had an interview. There was a pre-interview, gathering where we got to meet some of the recruiters and ask questions, which was helpful. The interview was the next day and then it took a few weeks to hear back about the position I interviewed for.
