I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Jul 2019
Interview
Got early phone screen from hr then email for interview a few weeks later. Interview was nerve racking at first but I had two very chill/calm interviewers. Not to many technical questions asked, I was a little technically over qualified compared to the application requirements.

Generic but catered questions like: Tell me about a time when you provided support while under pressure from different things at work.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Goleta, CA) in May 2016
Interview
Northrop Grumman came to my school for recruiting and I submitted my resume to one of the recruiters. Then I received my interview after two weeks. It is a 30 to 45-minute phone interview. The managers called me and asked about behavioral questions as well as previous projects listed on my resume. No tricky questions. No coding questions. But they wanted you to describe your previous projects and what you have done smoothly. After one to two weeks I got my internship offer.

Interview
The process took 2 weeks. Applied as a second year, so they asked only behavioral and situational questions. Be prepared to defend everything on your resume. Overall, they looked for my personality and if I would fit into their culture.

Interview
Very easy interview, be prepared to talk about interpersonal skills and a few projects you have done that relate to the position. I enjoyed how the interviewer focused on my strengths rather than harping on my weaknesses. Here are a few sample questions.
