I applied at the career fair at my university then was brought in for an interview. It was a brief interview asking situational questions that were not too difficult. It was very fair and you could give an honest representation of yourself.

Very quick and easy. Applied online their website. was forwarded there from linked in. Very nice. Delt directly with my manager during the hiring prosses then got transferred to a recruiter for my offer
The interview process was professional and well-structured. Interviewers asked thoughtful technical and behavioral questions and clearly explained the role, team responsibilities, and how the position contributes to Northrop Grumman’s mission.
