I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Boulder Junction, CO) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process started with a quick turnaround time for interview (next day) after meeting with them at the university career fair. Glanced over my resume and was put into the engineering category of interviews/managers. I was given the option to pick a time and was informed of the manager I would interview with beforehand. They filled two days of back-to-back interviews at the school, you got to see who was interviewing before and after you.

Question 1
Minimal technical questions, mostly tell me about yourself and your projects on your resume
I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Falls Church, VA)
Interview
Friendly and thoughtful. Nothing difficult, really just prepare to talk about your resume and discuss the role. Would say they are looking to mostly bring the resume to life, not test/trip you up.
I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Cheltenham, England)
Interview
Behavioural task, then a simple technical task, and then finally an online behavioural / partially technical interview. It wasn’t too bad, it was definitely more relaxed than other applications, and was medium difficulty.
I applied online. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview process was very smooth overall, not very technical, and more focused on explaining your experiences, which are on your resume. There were no specific technical "problems" like on a test.
