I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Northridge, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
Had a behavioral interview on campus, then a phone call with future manager. Phone call with manager led to in person interview. The in person interview was very laid back, they did not have specific interview questions for me- we just talked about my background and experience.

Question 1
What did you do at this internship/job? Why do you want to work here? Where do you want to work? What work do you want to do?
Very straightforward interview. Heavy on resume-based questions and a good amount of behavioral questions as well. About a 30 minute interview with a panel of three. Less technical than other defense companies
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Melbourne, FL)
Interview
Had my interview at a conference. Interviews was pretty much self explanatory. They didn’t ask any technical questions but asked a lot of situational questions. Interview was fairly short as they had to interview a lot more people after me.

Question 1
What would you do if you had trouble with a coworker?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Dec 2023
Interview
It was a super simple interview. The representative I spoke to was very friendly and it was not stressful at all. It was more just a casual conversation back and forth. It started by just discussing my resume and then different situations I have been in and projects I have worked on. It was not technical at all.
