I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Oct 2022
Interview
This behvaioral interview was overall pretty chill and they asked a lot of the baseline questions that you would expect from a normal interview. From my memory, I think it was a normal 45 minute interview with 6ish questions.
