40min 1st round interview with 2 engineers. The interviewers asked about previous school projects, military experience, and experience working in teams. They asked for my explanation of what a survivability engineer would do. Then they explained to me what I would be doing if hired. At the end they gave me time to ask any questions I had. I got a verbal offer 2 hours later.

Basic behavioral questions about challenges in a team environment. Questions specific to your experience on your resume. Some questions about any experience working with Systems Engineering tools and processes. Interview was very laid back and conversational.

Describe a time you encountered a challenge in a project. What steps did you take to resolve the situation?
The interview was easy. They don’t ask any tech questions. It was 3 people in a panel in zoom. They just talk about your background. After week or so I got the offer.
Not many technical questions. If any, they were simple and were fishing to see how I reacted and to determine my thought process.
Was more conversational. Only two people in the call.
