I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Chandler, AZ) in Sep 2023
Interview
The recruiter reached out a week after applying, set up a phone interview, and the hiring manager never came to the interview. I honestly felt stood up and had to reach out with HR to find out what happened. Turns out the hiring manager was too busy in a meeting and didn't care to send an email to let me know he couldn't make it. I would not suggest applying to the Chandler, AZ, office since obviously the applicants are not their priority. Very disappointed.

Interview
Mainly behavioral questions. The interviewer was very friendly and seemed to be more interested with how I work with others and that I can solve social problems as well as technical ones. It’s important for them that you have clear communication and have a desire to learn.
