Interview with a team of 4. The team leader or project manager led most of the interview, and the rest of the team chimed in as needed. The interview was light and friendly. Some experience-based questions, some knowledge-based questions, and some scenario-based questions. Overall a nice experience.

Question 1
What will you do if a company is reluctant to adopt a certain product or technology
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Dec 2022
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and he suggested I go to their hiring event. It was through that hiring event I got an in-person interview. The interview itself was fairly straightforward. He talked to me about NG and asked if I knew about NG and why I wanted to join. I was also asked about relevant school work. (I finished my Master's about 2 years ago and I was applying for an entry level position so this is expected). I was also asked some basic CS questions related to object oriented programming. Overall, the interview process was pleasant. Out of all the interviews I've had, this interview was the most relaxed I felt. Even before coming into the interview, I got to meet some employees and it was great chatting with them. I highly recommend going to a hiring event.

Question 1
What coursework and projects have you done relevant to this position? What is inheritance? Why do you want to work for Northrop Grumman? What do you know about Northrop Grumman? Why are you looking for a job? (I was working as a software developer for another company).
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Rolling Meadows, IL) in Jan 2019
Interview
A lot of softballs, not like a Facebook interview or anything, More asking about the experience than problem-solving. Be prepared to talk about your school and work history, and just be excited about somenthing.
