I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Jan 2023
Interview
Behavioral Interview. Throughout my interview process, I only had one interview; no phone screening, no "final" interview, just one interview and that's it. The interviewers were friendly and professional; there was not one moment in the interview where I felt stressed or tense. They made me feel very comfortable, and this made me answer my questions to the best of my ability. Really nice and great people, and I can't wait to work with them. My interview experience was great. I cannot say the same for the length of the hiring process. I had to wait 5 weeks, give or take, to hear back from them. Patience is definitely key for NGC. I heard that they're notoriously slow for their hiring process. People were not wrong.
