Typical in-person panel interviews mainly on behavioral questions. Not difficult as the interviewers were conversational! Took a couple months to get my SAP and clearance approved before I can start working.

Had phone call with recruiter, then got an email to schedule an interview. Interview was on 1/18. Interview was mainly behavioral STAR questions with a couple technical questions based on resume. Got an offer on 1/20.

Call to set up interview. Panel with 3 interviewers for one 45-60 minute session. Asked questions about background and coding methodology. Job offer, then counter and finally counter offer. Negotiate for pay and vacation up front!
