Northrop Grumman interview questions

Heard back about two months from the time I submitted the application. The recruiter was responsive until I was handed over to the hiring manager. I did not get any update on whether I made it to next steps in the interview process

Telephone interview starts with a HR to validate your work experiences. Then it is Rigid and old school. With a panel that hasn’t hired in a long time. They could have been more collaborative.
