Northrop Grumman interview questions

Had two interviews. The first was with an HR rep and the second was with a regional manager. The HR rep asked pretty standard questions to make sure I met the basic qualifications. The second one was more technical but largely conversational. I was asked a few cs theory questions and my experiences with various software and cs theories.

You have two interviews. The first is a personal interview with a recruiter at the company. If the recruiter thinks you are good prospect for the position another interview is scheduled. The next interview is with the group's manager and technical personnel.
