I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Mar 2022
Interview
University Relations interview was as expected with about 10 questions. Nothing too technical but explaining points on resume and asking behavioral situation questions. It was more like screen questions to see if I would be a good fit for the company. This was for the Pathways Program.
Had a Zoom interview with hiring manager in the department, very pleasant conversation about what the office does and what they’re looking for with a new hire. Quick time from application to interview which I appreciated
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Baltimore, MD) in Nov 2018
Interview
It was 15 minutes and very easy. We didn't go over technical questions, mainly just software engineering principle topics, workflow, communication skills, etc. It was very laid back and I got a sense that they were looking for someone who is a good team member with social and technical skills and has a good understanding of software principles/design.
