I applied online. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Roy, UT) in Aug 2020
Interview
Applied online in June, had a phone interview in July and offer extended about 1 month afterwards. Very open and straight forward interview with the hiring manager and engineering talent assessor.
Walked through resume and asked questions specific to areas of interest that relate to the position.

Interview
Fairly quick and casual. The best I have had in terms of quality and communication. They were friendly, easy to talk to, and very transparent. Everyone was on the same page. The recruiter involved was very helpful as well.

What experience do you have in cross functional teams
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (New York, NY) in Nov 2019
Interview
I applied for the job online and a recruiter emailed me about the job with a few questions. I responded to the questions and ultimately the recruiter had more questions. I responded to the email as well. When the recruiter received the answers to the questions, I received a phone call letting me know that an interview would be setup. An interview coordinator reached out to see which date and time would work best for me and once I confirmed the interview was set. The interview was a panel interview with three functional managers. They all worked on the same project, but had their own teams. The interview was going well until one of the managers started to ask questions as if I was unqualified for the position. Not only did I think it was very unprofessional, but I didn't think the interview was the proper place to try to discredit a candidate. Need to definitely hire more professional managers.
