Met with a representative at a virtual career fair and chatted for a bit. I submitted my resume and received an email that I was going to have a phone interview. The phone interview was all behavioral, and I received an offer very soon after.

Question 1
They asked me about my accounting background during the interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2021
Interview
Chatted with a recruiter at a career fair, attended info sessions, and was offered an interview. Everyone at this company was so nice, including my interviewer. Unfortunately, the manager I spoke with wouldn't be my direct supervisor and they couldn't tell me who was. Ultimately would have loved to work here, but the job location was very expensive for the salary offered, and the recruiter wasn't willing to negotiate. Also, poor relocation assistance (it is 2000 miles away) and no signing bonus. If you rotate as part of their pathways program, you get less and less relocation support each time.
