I applied online and got a referral. I was called for a 2 hour behavioral/technical phone interview and talked about my resume and my projects. I also was asked to explain a technical concept in a way that people who aren't familiar with the concept would understand.

Really easy interview for an entry level position. I got interviewed by 2 managers and the team lead. They asked basic interview questions and about my experience with Excel. They didn't do a lot of technical questions given that it was an entry position
