I applied online. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman
Interview
Most of the questions were mainly about what was already on my resume and what I am expected to know on the job. I met with two of the managers at the on site interview and most of the discussion is based on prior experiences and related projects (most technical questions revolved around this). The rest were behavioral questions.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2020
Interview
In this case I received an internal referral from a top executive so my biggest disappointment - not reflective of the professional posture exhibited by competitor Lockheed Martin's recruiters - is I was ghosted.
Even with having an internal referral from the VP-level hiring manager and running through one round of a panel interview, it's really disappointing that there was no intention to circle back with me. At least set the expectation in advance. Senior level positions... no, all positions... should have the same level of professional courtesy.
