I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2019
Interview
Very easy going with a bunch of behavioral questions. They are more focus on if you fit in the team rather than your expertise. Besides that it shouldn't be bad for this position
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Phoenix, AZ) in Feb 2021
Interview
This company is revolutionizing the space industry and along with that, have employees that are genuine and care about evolving students into great engineers. My interview was 30 minutes where you must be genuine and have an overall passion for what they do.
My interviewer was very helpful in helping me learn more and get excited about the company, especially its projects and its work culture. I have never met an interviewer so enthused about their job and able to sweep me up with them! There was no technical interview, just behavioral questions and trying to see if I would be a good fit for their team.
