Very simple 45 minute behavioral interview, normal behavioral questions asking about things on your resume like projects and past internships, as well as teamwork. Nothing technical or too hard that would leave you scratching your head.

Question 1
Talk about a time when you struggled technically and how did you overcome it?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (San Diego, CA) in Sep 2025
Interview
Invited to interview and had a communication mix up from the TA team. Was invited to a 30 minute initial phone interview, audio only, with the hiring manager and sent a Teams link. When I joined the call there was a panel of 3 and they immediately asked if I had time for an hour long full interview and turned on their cameras. I'm glad I listened to my gut and was prepared and dressed in business attire. Interview consisted of 12 behavioral questions and a few minutes for my own questions.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you had to make a difficult decision in a short period of time.
Sent an email for a behavioral interview, a few brief technical questions. Started off with a resume review, then asked a few basic technical questions as I was a sophomore, ie. what the principles of OOP were and what they mean.
