Interview
Applied at a campus career fair, the recruiters were super nice and friendly. Got a phone call a week later to interview in person on my campus. Later I had another phone interview with a different location and 3 more managers. They were all very knowledgeable but the interviews themselves were mostly about my resume.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about Exception Handling, Hashing (and collision avoidance), and some object oriented programming concepts like class inheritance.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Jan 2018
Interview
Applied online from a job posting. Was contacted by a recruiter to have a call to go over the job, benefits and salary expectations. That went well and had a call with the hiring manager/director a couple weeks later. That went well, had call with hiring manager plus 2 team members for a technical call. Was more discussion based and familiarity with products vs a rapid-fire type interview. Went well and was expecting an offer. Week and a half later was emailed that I was not selected. Bummer.
