Managers came to campus to conduct in person interviews. I sat with one manager and he went through my resume. Pretty basic and low key. All questions were completely behavioral based.

Interview
The interview process was simple. I met a hiring manager and recruiter at an information session and got a call 2 weeks later to interview.
The actual interview was conversational.

Basic questions about my resume. Leadership example questions. Relevant experience to the job I had applied. Questions about my current job. Questions about deadlines.

Interview
- No technical phone/pre-screening
- 3 hour online coding test that was very 'academic' - poor test of actual ability (Codility)
- Interviewers mostly read questions from a book. Weren't receptive to answers that didn't mention specific keywords.
- Interview very one-sided. Two-way discussion attempts were shot down.
- Role appeared different from the one I applied for.
- Generally poor-feeling about culture and personalities (or lack of) in office.
Invited back for further stages but declined.
