I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2013
Interview
Interview with two managers with questions based on resume content/past experience. Each interview lasted for an hour. It seemed like the managers had already made up their mind to hire me and the interview was just a sanity check.

Interview
It was very straight forward. A good interview overall. It lasted about 45 minutes with both behavioral and technical questions. The coding questions require in depth answers. It certainly wasn't an easy one.

Interview
First you get a call from the hiring manager to learn a little more about you. If they like what they hear they'll set up a conference call or in-person interview with you. The interview seemed pretty laid back and more like a conversation than an oral exam.
