Simple. Questions were not too difficult and description of the job was 50% accurate. This presents two problems: new hires are not fully aware of what their tasks are and the quality of the new hires are not up to par at times due to the lax interview process.

The interview was easy. Started with an HR screening, a manager phone screening and then an in person interview. I pretty much had the job. The interview was a formality. They explained more of the job responsibilities and flew me out to the site.

Interview
After applying on their website, they reached out via email and phone where I was able to set up an interview. I also had to pass a drug screening which could be taken at a local facility and there was a background check. Since I was living nearby, I was able to have the interview on site with people on various projects. Mine lasted well over an hour as I had separate conversations with about 3 people. Afterwards they showed me around the building we were in. There weren't any tough technical questions but they did probe my understanding of basic object oriented programming. There was no technical interview.
