I applied online. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman
Interview
Got an email asking if I was available. Called into their conferencing system. Panel of 4 people. Easy to research online who they were. Seemed very relaxed. Seemed to be looking for right "fit" since they weren't concerned about my qualifications.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They started the interview wanting to know what questions I had. I had expected that at the end. And the HR person who set up the interview hadn't told me the specific project name they were hiring for, which left me a bit thrown when they asked about that (military acronym).

Had a phone interview and the hiring manager reviewed my resume line by line and asked me some questions about the company. Some behavioral questions were asked nothing too difficult.
I applied online. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Redondo Beach, CA) in Mar 2017
Interview
I found the position online and applied and the same day I received a call from a recruiter. She asked me basic questions about my resume then she told me that they wanted to bring me in for an interview. She gave me the date with was a hiring event so their were many people interviewing as well. It was a big hall with about 25 tables and each table had a hiring manager. I was assigned to the table and went and talked with the manager for half an hour. The man was really nice, asked a lot of behavioral questions. I left and the recruiter emailed me 3 days letter saying I didnt get the job.
