I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman
Interview
The interview process was fairly simple, It is okay if you do not know everything. I know sometimes you get nervous about the things they might ask during the interview, but just relax and say what you know. Usually they just want to know your thought process.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Pomona, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
I applied and interviewed through the Career Center on my university campus. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, with mostly behavioral questions. It was a pretty standard interview and I did not receive the offer. It was a negative experience simply because the two recruiters told me that they would get back to me, but I wouldn't hear from them for weeks after. Also, I never got a rejection phone call or email. I just assumed I didn't get the offer because I didn't hear from them for a month. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed in their university recruiting process. From a supposedly reputable company, I thought they would at least have the consideration to tell me I didn't get the position especially since I was selected to interview for them.
