Northrop Grumman interview questions

Filled out the application online. Three weeks later, got an email inviting me to their hiring event. Flew out to the event, where I learned a lot more about the company, toured facilities, and also had a series of three interviews. The process was very relaxed, and the company employees were friendly and open.

Contacted about a interview for a position I applied online for about a month before. Interview was within the next week. Very casual conversation on my experience and interests. Manager thought I was a good fit for his team and given an offer the next day.
