I interviewed through a recruiting firm. Had an over the phone interview for approximately 20 minutes From there I met with the program manager who immediately passed me along to interview with the agency.
My impression was that they were in a rush to find the first qualified person they could find because the federal agency was proactively shopping among several different contractors.

Interview
I had an in person interview in the fall. Then I got an email in the winter that they wanted to interview me for a different position. I had a phone interview, it lasted about an hour. Mostly technical questions but not bad at all. I got the offer about a week later.

Interview with manager and 2 senior engineers. Asked a bunch of technical questions relating to analog design and op-amps. Might have asked some question related to power. Many a discussion of the things that I put on my resume and explaining exactly what I had done.
