I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who made it seem like I was a perfect fit for their HR team, so much so that I was being considered for multiple positions. Somehow, the positions magically disappeared. Really, are these recruiters necessary? They provide false hope to people and then disappear into the ether when you ask a followup question. Don't promise something you have no control over. Negative taste in my mouth now regarding Northrop Grumman.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Palmdale, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Asked why I wanted to move from where I was working before. Asked my goals to be achieved within the next year. What my experience was and how. Close to combat I was comfortable with.
