I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2015
Interview
Very easy going and nice people. Went over resume and accomplishments. Two phone call interviews and notification within a week. Very fast process after phone call. If you get a phone call chances are as long as you have your head on straight you'll do fine. Very vague though about what exactly I'll be doing due to the clearances that I have to get etc.. Excited to join in the summer!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Orlando, FL) in Nov 2015
Interview
The interview process itself went relatively quickly.
Phone interview - 30 minutes - Pretty laid back, they presented the job requirements and asked how my experience fit with that.
In person interview - one on one - 30 minutes - Same kind of questions as phone interview
The hiring process took over 2 months.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Apr 2014
Interview
Interviewed with 3 hiring managers from different programs. Two were present in person and one was on speaker phone from a remote location. Asked the basic interview questions and some job specific questions. Atmosphere was formal but not too stuffy and questions were more character based rather than technical in nature.
