I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Pomona, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Spoke with one of the representatives during an event at school. Got an email about a week later that Northrop wanted to interview me at my school. Interview was very easy, no technical questions were asked. Nothing was basically asked since I walked in the room saying I was a little tired from work. The interviewer looked back at me and asked "You work? Where do you work? Tell me about that." From there on I went on talking and talking about my job and we just had a general conversation. Then he went on telling me more about the company and what they do, no questions were really asked.
Interviewed for an intern position with a Northrop Grumman employee. I was asked behavioral questions. I was given the opportunity to talk about my resume and previous involvement on school projects.
