Applied online, then received and email from recruiter Lydia F. with the following questions (below) then I sent that back and had recruiter Branden H. email me back & we set up a phone interview with Daniel H. & David P. I received the initial recruiter email with additional questions in late November and the phone interviews took place over the 2014 holiday season.

Interview
Interview process was easy. General behavioral questions with the project lead and then spent time with a technical interview. Tech interview was mainly about things that I have worked on or studied and about the languages I knew. Essentially a resume overview.

Interview
Phone Screening. Series of questions about my skill set involving yes or no answers. Very straightforward, almost blunt. Told me that I was 30% of what they wanted and they hoped they could find a better match.
