I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Jan 2011
Interview
Being that the position was based abroad, I conducted three telephone interviews. During the interviews we discussed there current requirements for the position, the atmosphere in which I would be operating in if I were hired, and my willingness to work in said environment. In addition, we also covered my previous work history, qualifications, and future aspirations.

Question 1
Questions asked during the interview process were straight forward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman
Interview
Many rounds of phone interviews with various stakeholders. Face-to-face interview had to be rescheduled several times. I met with several people during 1:1 interviews. The follow-up interview was composed of a panel of people. I think that they already had an internal candidate earmarked for this position, but wanted to see if they could expand the search just in case they were missing an opportunity with an external candidate.
