I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Sunnyvale, CA) in Dec 2012
Interview
Went in for a panel interview. Great group of people there. I was really dreading the panel interview however the questions related to my resume and the job were pretty straight forward. Nothing I was afraid of. The hiring manager said he would contact me in a week however I never heard back from them. I called, emailed and even emailed my HR contact and didnt receive any communication. All I was looking for was an update or no you did not get the job. I would have to say that alone was highly unprofessional in its own right however I still think they were a great group of people.

Interview
Interview scheduling was fast (1 week) I was notified 3 days after the interview that they were considering an offer. 10 days later, I was given the official offer letter. The company has excellent HR and recruiting staff that guided me throughout the entire process.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Lake Charles, LA)
Interview
I interviewed for an Employee Relations position in Lake Charles. All went well until I met the Director of Workplace Relations and Ethics. I actually caught her in three lies. Apparently this is not the company i want to work for, and NG would do well to pay attention to what their ethics directors are telling potential and other employees.
