I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (McLean, VA) in Nov 2012
Interview
E-mailed a questionnaire asking about why Northrop, what you want to do etc. also asked some logistics on when you can interview.
called a 1-2 weeks later about coming in for an on-site interview. they dont have a travel budget so be ready to pay yourself. the interview process was 4.5 hours overall, but the first 2 hours was just a presentation and a meet and greet with the current people in the PDP program. then there were 4 back to back 30 minute interviews with 2 managers each. mostly behavioral questions and actually very enjoyable. the people are great.
