Northrop Grumman interview questions

I was emailed by a recruiter for an interview. A week later I interviewed with a manager and two employees. The interview went well however I did not receive an offer. It took a 2 months to get a notification I was no selected process is slow and they do not keep you updated.

Recruiter reached out to me and had my interview about 2 weeks later. After interviewing no one reached out to me to let me know they had made their selection. I had to reach out to the recruiter to follow up and that is when I was notified.
