I thought I prepared well for this interview, but it was even harder than I expected. The questions were pretty narrow in scope and really limited my ability to use my prepared "STAR" stories. Interviewers were professional and direct.

Behavioral-based interview questions. Good to practice ahead of time and know the star method. Questions are based on the leadership characteristics. Another question related to giving examples of leading a virtual team.
