The first interview is a phone interview with a recruiter. Then there is a second phone interview with just the hiring manager. And the third interview is a panel interview with the engineering directors. It was mainly all behavorial interview and learning about your experiences.

Interview

I applied online and a month later a recruiter reached out for later in the week. Then after the interview about a month, I got a job offer. The interview was very relaxed and focused on people skills however they did ask technical questions as well.
