Interviews spent most of the time asking basic project manager skill questions rather than determining if I would be a good fit for their role. Interviewers suggested I could improve by demonstrating I know those skills on my resume.

All Skill Questions Based on Program Manager Handbook. Some normal interview questions. No oddballs.
The interviewers focused on resume interrogation and didn’t ask situational questions. The interviewers were friendly and the interview process was fairly standard. Be prepared to speak to all resume points and all points on the requisition.
