Northrop Grumman Software Developer interview questions

The interview process was mostly behavioral with some technical questions focused on C++. We discussed past experiences, problem-solving approaches, and how I’ve worked on projects or in team settings. The technical portion covered C++ fundamentals and basic problem-solving concepts. Overall, it was straightforward and conversational.

Single round interview with a coding question. A general asking about background and career path. Standard question about the hardest and most challenging task. Additional question on previous clearance and defense-related background.
