I applied online. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Orlando, FL)
Interview
From the beginning the process was smooth, they contact me via phone and set up the interview right away. The day of the interview I did not expect I was going to be interviewed by really young people, one of them did not have to much knowledge of my degree, did not have any question for me. It was a pleasant experience after all.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Jan 2010
Interview
Starts out with a phone screening interview which was basic questions from an HR person. Then you're invited in for an all day interview with fellow engineers. Compared with other interviews for other companies, this one is relatively easy. Just had to talk about past experiences.
