OOP questions, and resume coverage. Ties in whatever language you present and tailors the interview towards that. Then they cover personality and fit for the company. It is pretty relaxed for an interview and nothing like what I’ve had described to me for a FAANG position

What is inheritance in object oriented programming
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Baltimore, MD) in Oct 2019
Interview
4 rounds each day for 2 days. 3 technical rounds/placement discussions, 1 HR each day. Food & room were provided, as well as facility tours and group dinners. Technical rounds were very basic. HR rounds barely even had questions.

Example of a basic question asked was to explain polymorphism.
It was an overall easy interview process. The interview was just one 45 minute video call where the interviewer first asked me a few common behavioral questions. Then he asked me a few basic Java OOP concept questions. There was no actual coding in the interview. I got an offer a few days later.
