I applied online. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Woodland, CA) in May 2014
Interview
Interview was pretty long, about 3-4 hours. First interview was with the hiring manager for about 30-40 minutes, then I got passed around to 5 other managers. At first I did not know I was interviewing with other managers, but once I was in there, the questions became repetitive.

Interview
It was a very smooth process. I applied the 2nd week of January and received a call from HR a week later. Interviewed a couple days after that. Received an offer 2 weeks after that. Interviewers made it feel more like a conversation than questioning. If you are blessed enough to get an interview, I believe you are 65% on your way to getting hired
Panel interview, all day. Tour, overview of the company. 3 rounds. Lunch. There were no real tough questions, it seemed pretty standard. They flew 6 people in and hired 3.
