I was contacted for an interview for Thursday. I let the Recuriter know promptly that I could I not meet at that time so we rescheduled for the following Tuesday. On Thursday morning, their HR department contacted me and said they were going to forgo the interview and extend an offer that I would have by Monday. On Thursday afternoon, while I was driving, I got a call from the interview team who was waiting for me to call into to the interview. I explained that I could not make that time and had it rescheduled to Tuesday. They said it wouldn’t be a problem and we would conduct the interview Tuesday. On Monday afternoon I called HR to check on the offer letter. It went straight to voicemail. I contacted the other Recuriter to find out if the interview was rescheduled and was told they decided to cancel the interview at this time. I am extremely disappointed in lack of professionalism in this situation. I resolved the issue quickly but the Recuriter did not listen to me or re-read my email and scheduled me for a time when I was involved with my other work duties. And calling and promising me a job and not even returning my phone call to explain the situation was horrible. I would have enjoyed the job and working for the company.
