Northrop Grumman System Engineer interview questions

I was initially contacted by a recruiter and asked to schedule a phone screen. The phone screen was 20 minutes with a Systems Engineer manager. He asked me a little bit about my background and he gave me insight into the company and what the position they were filling. The next business day the recruiter contacted me to schedule an in-person interview.

Contacted by a recruiter who convinced me to look into the position. Interview was one of the best I have ever been a part of. Very conversional and they made an effort to sell the company, not just critique the candidate. It was around 30 min long and I was informed before I left that they would make an offer. It took a bit to get the offer, the application website was not very compatible with a phone, it is better accomplished on a computer. When the offer came it was extremely competitive. Remember, when looking at a position, salary is only one part.
