TA screening, hiring manager call, and a panel interview with technical representatives. The panel interview started with an overview of the company and operating unit then transitioned into technical questions related to the role.
I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Rolling Meadows, IL)
Interview
Had a screening interview (I don't think they even do those anymore) for one hour then an on-site interview with two managers from two different product areas and a soon-to-be manager. The soon-to-be manager also took me to lunch in the on-site cafeteria and gave me a brief tour.
Received an offer within a few business days.
I'm giving it a neutral rating because it was too easy - some of the newer hires should not have been hired for the department I am in - though they may have been a fit for other areas.

Question 1
How would you document and describe a complex system to others?
Got a call from a recruiter to set up and interview. Interviewed with two engineers. The questions were fairly simple. Not very technical. More about understanding my problem solving process.

Question 1
It was a modeling and simulation position so they wanted to know about models I had developed in the past.
