Nuance Human Resources Manager interview questions

From the very beginning of the hiring process, there was a high urgency to get me in for interviews. Each round of interviews consisted of 4-5 people/individual interviews and I had to come to the office three separate times for each round. All in all I committed at least 8 hours to interviewing for the job. Everyone was very nice, although a number of the interviews seemed repetitive and were not necessary. Overall, everyone was interested in hearing about my experience and took into consideration my career goals.
