I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nuance (Gent) in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied for a temporary contract (for one year) online. I found the job in Linguistlist.org website exactly at the same date as it was uploaded. Around 10 days later, I received an email to make the first call interview as soon as possible (in the same week as the email was sent). At the end of the interview, the person (the manager of the section) told me that I am the best one he has ever interviewed for this position and it is absolutely a YES from him to send me to the second round of the interview. He told me that I will give an email from another person about my acceptance in the first round and arranging the second interview. Right that night I received the email and I had another phone interview a couple of days later.
The first interviewer had told me that for temporary works, they don't have any on-site interview. All the decisions are made based on the phone interviews. The first interview was mainly about my background and what I have done so far. The second interview was much much more technical, with specific questions about every specific part of the announced job. After the second interview they told me that they will inform me about the results. Anyway, the second interviewer also told me that he is much more satisfied with me rather than the previous people with whom he has had an interview. However, he told me that he has still some more interviews and they will tell me the results at latest in 2 weeks and finally, I got an acceptance email at the first day of the second week.
