I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Nuance in Jun 2022
Interview
First you are invited for a screening which is call discussing your medical background. Then if you pass, you will get another phone call from a hiring manager to discuss your medical background in more detail. The interview was nice and laid back. They want to know your experience in healthcare, primarily, if you have any experience with EHRs and medical terminology.

I applied online. I interviewed at Nuance (Burlington, MA) in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview process was simple. First interview was over the phone with a recruiter. The second (and final) interview was via Teams with a hiring manager. Neither interview was very long and I got the feeling that if you made it that far you already had the job.
