Interview was based on past experience. Was a pleasant interaction. Questions on prospective job were answered patiently. In total, there were 2 rounds of interviews – phone call with HR, phone interview with hiring manager, senior engineer and face–face interview with hiring manager, couple of senior engineers.
overall was a good experience. did not land the role but the interviewer seem fair and know his stuff. Very informal process seems like a good company to work for.
1 week after applying, I got a call from the recruiter and was invited to L1 interview.
L1 Interview : The interview started with a quick 2-min introduction and immediately I was bombarded by lots of technical questions one after the other. Interviewer seemed to have prepared a list of 20-25 questions and was in a hurry to ask all of them without giving me sufficient time to think or even suggest my approach. (Also the interviewer did not offer any help or suggestions from his side which made me feel even worse)
Interview ended in 45 mins and I never heard back anything from the recruiter again. (Might be because I could answer slightly less than half of those rapid fire questions)
They could atleast have sent a formal "Thank you, we decided to move forward with other candidate" mail after the Interview. Overall I did not have a very pleasant experience with Nuance.
